Differing expectations and assumptions held by different people who have had different experiences is valid. Reflect was just redesigned semi-significantly for V8, so I personally wouldn’t expect massive changes in the near future.

Take everything below as constructive as possible. Please don't get me wrong and I apologize for my ironic tone. Coming from Trueimage, after acronis decided to change to a subscription model, I find Reflect interface rather confusing and counter intuitive.
